Our Chief Technical Member, Fred Holzsager (bio), launched the company because he felt that the need existed for start-ups as well as mature small businesses to benefit from the strides offered by the latest technology. Fred Holzsager, CNE, MCSE, MSBS, M.S., Telecommunications (Pace University), has been working with computers and information technology since 1979. He has served as an adjunct professor at Westchester Community College and Pratt Institute - Manhattan teaching AutoCAD. He provided consulting services to small businesses while residing in Yonkers, NY. Later, he worked at Mitsubishi Bank Ltd. - NY Branches as their PC Coordinator and LAN Admin. While at MBL-NYB, he performed Technology Procurement, Desktop and LAN support and internal training (he even wrote the teaching manuals and monthly System Newsletters!). Hired by Chemical Bank (later Chase Manhattan, now JPMorgan Chase), he worked as a Lead Support Agent in the Help Desk. He was promoted to Desktop Support, then to LAN Administrator. His last role at Chase was as Tier III/IV - Escalated Support Technician. He left Chase to work at Bear Stearns & Co. where he was the Lead Windows Tech Contact for the Configuration Management team (Systems Integration). He now serves as the Managing Member for Holzsager Technology Services, LLC.
